Was sent here for a workers comp injury. When I called to make an appointment the front end staff was super rude and impatient because they didn't have all my info forwarded to them yet. They called back multiple times because they couldn't locate my claim and blamed each other for mistakes. Then when I went to my appointment the front desk person acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. I'm not a rude person.
