The physical therapists themselves may be good at what they do, but after receiving nothing but scheduling excuses from the front office we're going to pass! When someone is in pain with a herniated disc and your excuse for not getting our referral scheduled is "the fax machine may be backed up (for 9 days)" is really not acceptable or professional business practice! Shame on you!
