Staff was very professional and kind. I was at ease with my entire visit. This was my first visit and I'm glad my doctor chose Coastal Orthopedic.
Rushed. Very little explanation. No instructions regarding care. (Initial visit) Requested additional MRI and Xrays. Second visit rushed ( 2 min) said needed cuff and collar. Did not have one in office. Said order from medical supply. Ordered and wanted help adjusting. Called office, no return phone call. No follow up appointment. Got instructions from Utube. Totally worthless as a Doctor. Maybe he's a better fisherman.
Nice and quiet atmosphere . The wait time was not long at all. Kimberly was very professional and knew exactly how to treat my injury. Explained my injury making it easy to understand. Very friendly staff.
She was very personable, listened, and was very thorough in her explanation on treatment.
