⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with Coastal Orthopedics. I scheduled this appointment a week ago because I am dealing with severe shoulder pain. I provided all of my insurance information when I scheduled the appointment, so they had an entire week to verify my coverage. My appointment was a 30-minute drive from where I am staying, and I had already left and was on my way when they called me just 15 minutes before my scheduled arrival time to tell me they were not contracted with my insurance. I’ve used Coastal on a number of occasions and for a variety of ailments. They are ALWAyS top notch. I would highly recommend them.
Professional and knowledgeable
Needed a MRI done and they had several options available, one of which was near my home. Staff were polite, professional and accommodating. Building was clean and organized.
