I have been waiting for an hr to see the PA, and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous!
Outstanding & Professional service across the board. From the moment you enter the building you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Dr Schafer was able to help me with several long term issues after 10 plus years and multiple Doctors.
Very clean and professional. Appointments are easy to make. Emergency appointments are always available.
Not being placed on hold waiting to speak to someone was great. Not wasting time sitting in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes was refreshing. A lot of pluses. Everyone from the front office staff to the X-ray techs to the PA I saw were pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed one bit.
Coastal Orthopedics was professional and compassionate. Their care and service was streamlined and efficient. Providers were excellent and follow ups are scheduled in a timely fashion.
