I had a great first visit ! Staff is so friendly and happy. The Dr was honest and to the point . Definitely will recommend this office.
Appointment at 1:15 , we showed up at 12:40 to do paperwork which was done by 1pm we get called in and wait and wait, rooms are freezing , 2:30 they tell us they are looking at MRI results , 3:10 no one checked on us , still COLD .. by now we are both frigid and upset about waiting so long took our MRI and left and all they said is we are short staffed , something that can be communicated earlier .. old age, diabetes and waiting in a freezing room for two hours is not a great first impression!! Very disappointed
Dr Peter Candelora, Jared Shouppe PA, nurse Julie and their staff are great.I had a knee replacement, a tear repaired and most recently a total shoulder replacement. They care and keep you informed every step of the way. My shoulder replacement was in May. I was bone on bone and had major bone loss. It was not an easy surgery for the doctors. I am now pain free for the first time in years, and already have more range of motion than I ever expected. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
My mother (93) had an appointment scheduled with Dr Candelora for 13MAR25 @ 1345. We arrived on time & updated forms. No one else in the waiting room. Taken to exam room. Staff updated more data on laptop and said the Dr. will be in with us shortly. An HOUR later a PA came in. He was polite and kind. Did a small exam and left. 1 HOUR goes by.
