Extremely long waits both for on time appointments and phone calls. Would not recommend.
From the doctors to the physical therapist and receptionist, this is an excellent and efficient organization.
My son fractured his arm at school. We got it splinted late at urgent care, and the next morning Coastal Ortho was able to see him. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the doctor, was very caring and friendly. My son received top notch care and although they could not magically regrow his bone, his recovery and follow ups were great. We were very well informed of the treatment, cautions, etc. I highly recommend Coastal Ortho.
Highly recommend. Had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and caring. The doctor was prompt and very good with follow up. I went there for a broken finger. Facility was clean and modern. Easy parking.
