Very disappointed with the over booking of patients. If your late they won't take you but if the doctor is late TOO BAD YOU HAVE TO JUST WAIT. You book other things around the time of your visit yet he/she is running 30 to 40 minutes behind. SHAME SHAME SHAME. Not professional at all. Second time same thing waiting almost an hour I can't imagine telling sometime to come to this facility. Every experience was fine until after the surgery My post op appointment was great with Dillan haven’t seen or talked to Dr Mayeda since before I was put to sleep which I am not used to having had prior surgeries always talked to surgeon after but ok but now I’m can’t get in touch with anyone no response from Dr Mayeda assistant I’m 3 weeks post op and my situation is different having an autoimmune disease this is really disappointing it’s like surgery done and care and concern is done also
Great experience with PT at El segundo location , Leslie at front desk goes out of her way to help you schedule your appointment. James pay attention at your needs and follow through.very creative, when need to change some of the exercises for your best. My experience with drs front desk and assistants were different history.
Received a text to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment...I did my part, but here I am an hour later still waiting. Run, don't walk from this office...UNACCEPTABLE!
