The doctor, at least with my initial interaction with her, seemed fine, but the office staff are absolutely incompetent. I'd hate to think they are purposefully being malicious to patients, but this level of incompetence is truly remarkable otherwise. Lost forms, referrals constantly sent and never received, prescriptions never sent to pharmacies...if their systems are so poor as the staff I've talked to claim, then maybe it's time to spend a little money on upgrading.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. The best thing that ever happened was Dr. Bettle leaving this practice. Just look at the way they respond to patients—it tells you everything you need to know about how they treat people. It took over two months to receive my own medical records, and I was given the runaround the entire time, even though those records belong to me. Horrible customer service and communication. My son's doctor faxed his referral four separate times, but the office claimed they never received it and required me to hand-deliver a copy. After that, they somehow lost the referral as well. Every time I called, I was placed on hold for at least 20 minutes. Eventually, the office contacted me to say they had finally received the referral, but they could not schedule an appointment because their system had been affected by a cyberattack. I wish I could give half a star. The PA I saw for numbness in my leg, vision and balance issues was more concerned about my A1C than my symptoms and working with me to find a cause. The neurologist, without reviewing my case made light of my visit and as I was leaving, joked about me getting an MRI and actually laughed about it. This office has been the worse office I have ever been to. The office people are so bad. They are so incompetent. They lie right to your face. They have no idea what going on. They leave you waiting. Last time was four hours. This time was just as bad. The doctor is good but ,not good enough to put up with his office. Please go anywhere else. I see Dr. Noman Bettle myself and his office and the Doctor has been excellent. This visit is my husband last. We only stay because he is so sick and needed his test results.
