Absolutely a disgrace! They truly don't care about the person. My daughter had therapy and psychiatrist set up after her hospital release; but we were unable to connect using their platform link. After making some adjustments I found a way and sent emails and left voice mail asking to reschedule. It took TEN DAYS for them to get back with me. Seems my daughter is now at the bottom of their wait list and I'm told it could be MONTHS. That is unacceptable when she was just on the schedule and is in crisis begging for therapy so... read more
If I could give 0 start I will. This please coordination is the WORST. Their always behind and do not care about their patients treatment neither time. This is the second time they left me waiting in front of my computer with my son to a video call and don’t have the courtesy to chance my appointment or call me to inform me any last minute changes. I honestly don't think this place is running legally. The "dr" you see for a diagnosis is actually a social worker and the prescribing "physician" is a nurse practitioner.
