Wonderful experience- everyone I interacted with during my visit was kind, considerate, authentic and competent. Although Dr. Baur is my PCP, I saw Pamela and she was all of these things- I felt heard, cared for and got the help that i was hoping for to develop a plan about next steps. I was particularly impressed by Wendy, the medical assistant who took my vitals and got me settled in the exam room before I saw the provider- she was so genuine, kind and caring in a gracious low-key way. Have been a patient of Dr Fried fir many years. He do wonderful! Takes the time to explain any med he wants to change or going over blood work. He is very thorough and very pleasant. Always has a joke or is always smiling! The front desk staff is wonderful as well! Brown Health in EG is awesome!!!!
