I had an appointment scheduled with them for more than 3 weeks for a mental health issue. I told them what I needed the appointment for and asked questions when I called to set it up. Fast forward to this morning, my appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and they called me at 9:25 to tell me that the doctor they set me up with could not do an appointment of the type that I needed and that he was retiring next week so seeing him wasn’t the best idea anyway and they were cancelling on me. This is the worse place to go for medical care. l went in the office for a referral for a colonoscopy on Feb 23. Called several times for the appointment. Called for the last time on July 5 and was told the Dr had tried to call me 2 x on May 31 but after 30 days it expires. So I fired them. After looking at my phone records did not receive any calls

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I can’t ever get in until a week later, they won’t see me as a walk-in. I’ve had this issue several times. I have severe swelling in my hand and they won’t even see me to give me a referral. The doctor is awful and will just switch all your medicines at once, so you never know what’s working or not.
