As a 100 disabled veteran I was met at the window by a very rude girl named tationa She immediately told me my insurance was excepted and gave me zero options . Last I check I should have been given a few options she was quick to send me away and pretty much made me feel like I was a zero. Last time I checked customer service should be important and I was only trying to get checked out . I also had the money to pay if it was discounted or even if I was charged as I was trying to get my eye looked at real quick . Pathetic tha... read more
No MD on site. P A refused to prescribe needed med. Arrogant PA. Wait time over ,1 hr. I would not return here.
Amazing folks (Angelia & Alex) working here, I always hated going to urgent cares and this is nothing like the others. Highly recommended. Update: Angelia went above and beyond to answer some follow-up questions a few days later, really helped me out again.
The staff that took care of me were beyond amazing! So kind and patient and did everything to make me feel comfortable during my time there!
Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a walk in clinic. I wish all health care facilities had the kindness, empathy, thoroughness and care this place does. The front desk girl was kind and happy, the triage nurse was patient and thorough and Dr Angelia was also kind, empathetic, and knowledgable. My visit was for going on 11 days of bronchitis and sinus/ear infection symptoms and I wish I came here first (went to CVS minute clinic last week).
