I called today to order an air filter for my air concentrator that had been purchased from this company secondhand. I was informed, since I did not buy it DIRECTLY from them, that I could not purchase an air filter. They REFUSED to sell me one. “Well, we don’t enough for our REGULAR customers, so we’re not going to give you one.” Guess I’ll have to buy off of Amazon.
