They were very nice and helpful. I live 4 hrs away but was interested in there homes. They gladly told me the availability and where I could go to view the houses online. Then they also provided me with the info I needed on each open home. They were even nicer to email me the application. They were very patient and respectful . I honestly called about 12 times to verify everything. She didn't have no problem and helped me every bit of the way. I don't know why they even have 1 bad review. They are a lazy bunch in the office that don't care to do their job....I've had issues with upstairs Tennant that was brought to their attention and they refuse to take any action....now I'll take action on them!!.....the more residents I talk to around here are fed up with the office, and that's why they talk about getting a new management company in here....time to clean house!!!
I currently rent from this company. And I must say PATTY is very rude and does not know how to speak to people. They texted me on Wednesday(9/25/24) stating they were coming out to do an inspection Thursday. Then, later that afternoon, they texted back and asked if they could come the same day. Now I have 4 children ages 12 and under, there is going to be some damage.
