I was in a bind at the time and I took a home that I absolutely love but is definitely not up to code. The workers left it trashed when I took possession and I had to do roughly 15 hours of just cleaning with zero compensation. They avoid calls, lie like it's second nature, and I have requested that my gutters be fixed since June of 2024 and it's now December of 2024 and 2 of them have fallen off and it's causing leaking throughout my home. Very unprofessional company and I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.
The lady Lena is very disrespectful and do not do her job she also is blackmailing me but we have filed report,is taking this to court
So it’s not letting me delete my review on here but I meant what I said about Coastal Lines but my girl Lena is definitely the truth. It’s sucks that she’s in the middle taking on the blame for someone else. Lena is definitely very helpful, resourceful & is always willing to assist when assistance is needed. She is definitely my go to person when I’m having any trouble in my home. So I definitely want to apologize for the previous comment.. it’s not Lena y’all.. it’s coastal lines lol so them 5 stars is for her😬😬
This company seems to not be insured or bonded and seems to be scamming renters by leasing homes that are not up to code standards and not taking care of their customers or property's. Enough said.
Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even rented out from them. Trash was in the front and backyard even though they had over 3 weeks to clean before I moved into the home. Trash from the front was removed while I was moving in. Was told a cleaning company would come the next day to clean the backyard & never did.
