Coastal Light Counseling has been a game changer for me. Dr. April Howe has taken on a basket case and help me progress & grow. My relationships with my wife and child and friends have all improved. I went to see the owner of this place for therapy for some trouble I was having with co-parenting. The therapist was cold and unwelcoming, she asked the same question at the beginning of our appointment and it really felt like she didn't care, like it was just going through the motions.She was on the tablet throughout the sessions and was not engaged.
