Customer service is terrible, I spoke with an individual named Tom and he was stating a lot of negative comments while on the call. You would think their customer service response would be polite and show kindness but it was the complete opposite. I am never going back here again.
Absolute best in the business! Always keeps our forklift in tip top shape.
Totally rude, said he was backed up on work and hung up.
