I have been renting our property in Oceanside village through Lisa Schultz through coastal laptop properties. I just recently switched to Evolve, as I have been so very disappointed and even disgusted with the property management through coastal lifestyle properties!! I have been charged for things that renters have broken, also nobody ever checked on my house in between renters!
