This is the best dental office I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and always with smiles on their faces. Dr. DiCerbo is a fantastic, my kids love her. On top of a wonderful staff, they have 2 Xbox in the waiting room for the kids to play while waiting.

I love the atmosphere and my children love to go there as well. All of the girls have always been very nice and patient when working on my children as well as the Dr. The reason why I am rating them so low is because I have always had issues with the girl at the front desk. She comes off very rude. Almost as if we are a bothersome to her when I have a question or call to confirm or reschedule an appointment. HORRIBLE! If I wanted to go back with my 3 year old I couldn't have any other children with me. My other kids weren't allowed to stay by themselves in the waiting area, even though they are well behaved and had I pods with them. There was no way I would let my 3 year old go back by herself. I was told to reschedule. Not an option since I just drove 45 min to get there and no one told me to not bring my other kids. I was treated VERY rudely. Avery had a great time at Coastal Kids. They we're so nice and friendly. She did great and didn't cry. She really enjoyed it. It was very kid friendly. Andera is so fantastic with children and makes teeth cleaning fun.
