I was experiencing extreme pain from an old injury that had flared up, and the amazing team at Coastal Integrative Health got me right in to see Dr. Jen. She was so kind and empathetic—allowing me to explain what I was feeling and what I thought was going on. With minutes of her adjustment, I felt so much better and was able to walk and work somewhat normally the next day. While I still have a ways to go, I am confident I’ll be back to my old self in no time if I continue with care here!
