I’m so happy with my Chiropractor Alex. I moved here several years ago and traveled back and forth to MD to get adjusted. Went to a different chiro in Calabash and was not happy. When I finally tried Coastal Ive been so much better and happy. Thank you
Office staff were knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment with the doctor was on time! The Dr. was knowledgeable and professional and completed my exam and adjustments with precision. I left feeling much better than when I arrived.
Unbelievable treatment. Dr James and staff are are the best at what they do!! My spine is finally loose and I'm back to playing golf 4 days a week!!!!

Coastal Intragrative Health staff are professional and courteous of their customer time and needs. They take time to listen to your health issue and explain their diagnoses that best fits you. I recommend them for chiroprachtic and rehabilitation for after injury or surguical care.
