Room was dirty esp the bathroom, outside entry door latch broken , vending machines broken. Outside of the building rundown and dirty with trash and homeless people
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!! I am having to fight tooth and nail to get a refund out of these people. I haven't even been able to get ahold of the manager as she is avoiding me at all costs even while she has been in the office. I stayed here for 30 minutes before I decided my health and wellbeing is more important. Disgusting rooms, old food in fridge, broken shower. Awful, most unpleasant 30 minute stay of my life. I was put in a room that wasn't even fully functional and was DISGUSTING with dirty towels and garbage and smelled like urine. The second room I was put in was still filthy and had the last tenants clothes still hanging on the bathroom door and when I turned on the water it was spraying everywhere. No screens in the windows, whole building smelled like piss, felt like a health inspectors worst nightmare. Waiting for my refund.
Worst hotel I've literally ever stayed in the hotel was trashed the floors were dirty the rooms smelled like dog urine the management only works half the time
Once they found out, there was a huge pool tournament in town. They sold my room to someone that would pay more so after driving five hours, we had no room they were closed and there was a phone number saying to call for anything I called and they explained my room was booked. I talked to Chantelle. I went to get a refund and I had to go through Priceline and when Priceline reached out to the Coastal Inn, they said that I no showed.
