We were told that after the home was set (Oct. 1) it would probably take three weeks. I love my home, but after it was set and the trim out was done to the contractor's satisfaction. We had to have them out again to fix the things that were missed or not done right before we could move in (Nov. 21). Since moving in within a month later the cracks started coming back, drywall tape started peeling off the walls, or drywall mash tape started showing. I contacted them numerous times with no reply to the damage returning. Finally I was able to talk to Kristen who say we have already sent our contractor out twice before move in and that's more then we normal do. I told her that these are repairs that have started showing from the contractor's repairs not done correctly. she stated that the contractor that came out is the best one they have. ugh. So I wrote and sent pictures to the corporate office in March still no reply from them either. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them to anybody. It really sucks to spend that much money on a house that has inaccurate repairs done.
