Called Coastal to have them assess the HVAC equipment for a house we are buying. Ethan and Chad came out; they were on time (actually early), professional, neat and thorough. They each presented their findings - Ethan on status of current equipment and Chad on possible replacement of equipment. Everything was made very clear and they answered questions we had in a courteous manner. Following their in person description they followed up immediately with emails and estimates. You would be hard pressed to find a better company.
