Fantastic! We had gotten the run around from another local vendor who was quite willing to keep coming to the house and tell us to change our filters, but never actually diagnosed the actual issue. Coastal came out the same day, spent about 1.5 hours at the house and actually figured out what was wrong and we have a plan to fix it. On top of everything, the diagnostic rate was about 20% less than our “preferred” rate with the other guys.
