I have always been treated with upmost respect and have always had my needs met. Thank you for taking such good care of me all these years.
I am not a patient. I drove a friend to their appointment. Why is there no automatic door opener for patients to enter the building??? Many of them are in wheelchairs, elderly or otherwise physically challenged and I saw how difficult it was for some of them to navigate entering. Also, wait times need to be improved. Why must patients/clients wait over an hour to be seen?
