Spent multiple days on the phone with them, they have NOT said nothing that Dr Burns does not work for them, yet he's on their website and providers list with devoted health. This place lacks customer service, and they claim a referral is a prior auth which IS NOT.
Its been an absolute change for the BETTER, since the young lady ( Meka i belive thats her name) at the front desk took over. I haven't had to wait in a line for 20 minutes for my appointment nor did I have any issues with my copay. So thank you .
