This group is a great team of professionals. The atmosphere is warm, the office is clean, and the staff are caring. The procedures are seamless when I need them, and any other place where I have gotten them are painful, not orchestrated as timely or explained. Dr. Miller, Natalie B. and Kieth R. in my past visits from 2016, are the most thorough and comprehensive care —- very fortunate to have them in our community!
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the call center that you have to talk to instead of talking to the actual office staff. Everyone I've talked to on the call center has been rude and they don't listen. I've never had any trouble when I'm talking to staff directly in the office. The doctors and nurses are great. It's unfortunate that a call center is used because, if I wasn't already an established patient, I would choose not to go here, based on the way they are, alone.
Trying to reach the Yulee office is terrible.
You'll be treated like a 3rd class citizen strung out on drugs on skid row. You'll receive an unwelcome, awkwardly intrusive hug from the owner. Many autistics don't like these "hugs," but apparently Dr. Miller didn't get the memo. After suffering from a fall and fractures thereof, I have never left a doctor's office in tears until today.
