I am establishing patient care within this clinic. I believe after multiple rescheduling of appointments, I may have been negatively assumed as a possible problematic patient. I had an appointment on today and as soon as I entered this establishment, I felt energetically conflicted. Once I got past payment and weigh in, I was went to the room. This has been my PCP office for years before I moved to the Westside so I became apart of their sister office under the same umbrella. The doctors have always been kind and knowledgeable. However I am glad they did away with the old front desk "crew" they were extremely unprofessional!!! My first time back in the Southside office i was nervous to see the ghetto office girls at the front desk ranking and cracking unprofessional jokes. Ughhhhh. Great Dr.P. have had no issues. The staff has been great. Missed an apt. Had no issues getting another. I think it's all about attitude.
They overcharge me almost double the amount my insurance authorized and if I didn’t do my own research and figure out what they did they would’ve never done the honest thing and give me a refund. 2 months later The people at the front desk tell me I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund and that just didn’t sound right so I called their billing department and someone in the billing department issued me a refund immediately.
