EDITED TO INCLUDE: I reached out via email nearly a month ago (as their response says to below) and have not heard anything back. In the past we have only been in a Pediatric PCP office and not a family office and my child’s annual Well Check was so poor. No assessment for eye sight, hearing, developmental screening, scoliosis “bend over” test was given.
