Tim offers poor service. Lacks knowledge and fails to provide routine maintenance on household appliances. Our unit was found to have mold and despite numerous attempts to reach the company and Tim we've heard nothing since January 17th. Had we not been in the property long term we wouldn't have caught the signs of mold. He's absolutely planning on slapping paint on the issue and passing this problem to the next tenant total disregard to the health problems this can pose. Our house has flooded two days now and we can’t get a call back or get through to a single person. They have no emergency contact number to call. Prying for the owner of our little house that the floors don’t fall in. And to talk to Kim her voice message says to text her if she doesn’t answer then doesn’t leave contact information. Hardest people to get in contact with. Thank the lord our lease is up. But they are screwing whoever owns this house.
My family and I have been renting with Coastal for over 4 years and they have always fixed whatever issues we have had. They have done so in a timely and professional manner. I for one appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Keep up the good work.
This review is being made by Frank Small, After seeing how you all keep up with properties and how you speak to people with an opinion of your services as well as a lack of communication. I would advise everyone to stay completely away from these ladies. Overly proud of being "women owned" but can't even have grass cut at properties.
