Tim offers poor service. Lacks knowledge and fails to provide routine maintenance on household appliances. Our unit was found to have mold and despite numerous attempts to reach the company and Tim we've heard nothing since January 17th. Had we not been in the property long term we wouldn't have caught the signs of mold. He's absolutely planning on slapping paint on the issue and passing this problem to the next tenant total disregard to the health problems this can pose. Our house has flooded two days now and we can’t get a call back or get through to a single person. They have no emergency contact number to call. Prying for the owner of our little house that the floors don’t fall in. And to talk to Kim her voice message says to text her if she doesn’t answer then doesn’t leave contact information. Hardest people to get in contact with. Thank the lord our lease is up. But they are screwing whoever owns this house.
I have a rental property from Coastal Group and they are by far the worst! It took me 2 years to have my back deck replaced that was rotting away with nails sticking out! They are terrible with communication regarding maintenance issues I have at the property yet they raise my rent every year! Mind you this townhouse has the original single pane windows and nothing has been updated in the property. I have to literally bug them with emails and phone calls to get things done at the property! It's just ridiculous! Do better!
My family and I have been renting with Coastal for over 4 years and they have always fixed whatever issues we have had. They have done so in a timely and professional manner. I for one appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Keep up the good work.
