After 10+ years of experience this with company I can honestly say the people at Coastal Group Inc are an absolute dream to work with. They respond quick, take care of mine and my renters best interests, and always keep me well informed. I can't imagine there being a better place to take care of my rental needs.

1-star review I’ve been trying for over two weeks to reach Coastal Group about a rental property they manage. A dead tree on their lot is dropping large limbs onto my autistic son’s adjacent yard, roof, shed and patio creating a clear safety hazard. I’ve left multiple messages with no response. I even visited their office in person, only to be told “there’s nothing they can do.” When I asked to speak with the property manager to discuss progress with the owner, they refused. Would advise not to use. Had a terrible experience with this company. Worst customer service ever. Edit: After reading Coastal Group's response, I felt compelled to reply. As you can see, the owner of the company misspelled my last name, it's "Highton", not "Highsmith". This is indicative of the level of service we received from this company the last few years of a long, seven year relationship. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with coastal group realtors. When we inquired about a rental property, we disclosed from the start that our two dogs are Emotional Support Animals protected under the Fair Housing Act. Despite providing ESA documentation, the company attempted to: - Count our ESAs as “pets” and limit us to one, and - Require three months’ rent up front specifically because of the ESAs.
