Very professional and attentive
Everyone here was so nice! The tech who took me back was wonderful!! Super friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! He was very knowledgeable and to the point but also made sure to be kind. And the guy who checked me out after I was done, 10/10. He explained everything to me that I needed to know from insurance coverage to cost and all my options from glasses to contacts, and answered allllll of my questions in between even though it was surely time for him to clock out!
They never answer their phone and their voicemail message tells you "Do not leave a message. We will not return your call." There is no email, or alternative method of contacting them. How do you expect patients to do business with you, if they cannot leave a message, and you never answer your phone? I have called over and over for days trying to get through to someone regarding my contact lens order. This is ridiculous.
Being forced to pay for extra testing or they won't do the exam is ridiculous. As a new patient last year, they forced me to dilated my eyes even though I really didn't want to and had to pay for it. This year I went thinking I'm a returning patient that I shouldn't be forced to repeat the testing against what I want and can't afford. Walked out of my appointment. So hope losing my family as patients was worth it.
I have had nothing but the best experiences at Coastal Grand Eye Associates. I went to them when I was having trouble getting an appointment at my previous eye doctor and I’m glad I did. The doctor and assistants have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that they have a machine to check your inner eye without dilating. I really dislike the feeling of my eyes being dilated. Highly recommended!
