I did not like the way I was treated by Dr. Reid during my last visit. His arrogance and haughty behavior during my examination made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I did not appreciate his sarcastic comments and exasperation when he answered my questions and addressed my concerns during the exam. Definitely will not visit this place again and I will not recommend it to anyone. I’m grateful that there are so many eye care options available in this area where I am sure I will be respected and appreciated as a patient.
I want to report irregularity in the practice of Coastal Grand Eye Associates, carried out by front desk receptionist. As a first-time customer, I had my routine eye exam. Front desk receptionist mentioned routine eye exam will be covered through my insurance. After completing exam at the time of check out, she wanted me to pay $39 for retinal imaging. Very professional and attentive
Everyone here was so nice! The tech who took me back was wonderful!! Super friendly and helpful. The doctor was great! He was very knowledgeable and to the point but also made sure to be kind. And the guy who checked me out after I was done, 10/10. He explained everything to me that I needed to know from insurance coverage to cost and all my options from glasses to contacts, and answered allllll of my questions in between even though it was surely time for him to clock out!
They never answer their phone and their voicemail message tells you "Do not leave a message. We will not return your call." There is no email, or alternative method of contacting them. How do you expect patients to do business with you, if they cannot leave a message, and you never answer your phone? I have called over and over for days trying to get through to someone regarding my contact lens order. This is ridiculous.
