Coastal Gardens grossly misrepresented their services, was grossly negligent and incompetant in performing the contract, failed to perform the represented functions, over-billed us, ignored our requests to address these issues as they became evident and created a mess of our property resulting in damaged lawns and damaged plants. We fired them after a year...which was a year too long - an absolute disgrace and an unprofessional company! They deserve no stars.
Coastal Gardens completed an exterior installation of new landscaping that included trees, palms, shrubs, pavers, and artificial grass. It all looks amazing! They maintain it every month as well and their attention to detail is spot -on. Thanks for a great job!
I would leave 0 if I could. They wake us up every morning at 5-6am blaring an alarm that sound like the gates of hell. If they are not intelligent enough to turn off an alarm after 20 minutes I would not trust them to cut my yard. ALMOST EVERY MORNING… EVERY MORNING I am woke up out of my sleep due to the negligence of the business behind our house. According to Palm Beach noise ordinance laws you cant blare alarms that early, so if they cant figure out something so simple make it easier for them to get in!
