Went in with a window motor issue and the shop foreman went above and beyond to help me diagnose it. Great guy, super knowledgeable and generous with his time.

I have always had great service from the Coastal Ford team . They always take care of you with top drawer service. Yesterday I lost my Raptor keys and within 24 hrs I had my truck towed , new keys delivered from Burnaby, programmed and squeezed into a emergency service slot. Brad Napper personally took care of me painlessly and professionally and turned a bad day into a manageable one.
