Huge huge thanks to Dale! My daughter has her drivers road test scheduled for this afternoon and we needed the drivers side turn signal lamp installed for the test. We got the part this morning, but unfortunately my husband is away at work and couldn’t help me install it. So Dale offered to help me. It was quite the process to install (taking apart the side view mirror, etc) but I felt that Dale did this out of the goodness of his heart, and was extremely patient while doing it! Worst car service experience - EVER. After waiting 8 months for parts for a Ford safety recall finally got contacted by Ford Squamish dealership. Checked in (after appt was confirmed multiple times) AND THEN AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS TOLD THEY WERE MISSING ONE OF THE PARTS and service needs to be rescheduled!! HAD TO DRIVE ONE HOUR EACH WAY. Then complained to Ford Canada who said I was out of luck because each dealership is independently owned. I guess Ford doesn’t care about safety or customer service.
Reached out to enquire about a vehicle and go amazing service from Jodi. She was very informative, spent time to talk to me about options and provided a more than fair quote on a trade in. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service that Jodi demonstrated.
I will start by saying I never write reviews, but Coastal Ford Squamish absolutely deserve one. I had been in the market for a new car for a while, and had found other dealerships pushy, not knowledgeable and eating up all my limited free time. That changed with Jodi!
