I have always had great service from the Coastal Ford team . They always take care of you with top drawer service. Yesterday I lost my Raptor keys and within 24 hrs I had my truck towed , new keys delivered from Burnaby, programmed and squeezed into a emergency service slot. Brad Napper personally took care of me painlessly and professionally and turned a bad day into a manageable one.

Great technicians and terrific sales departmernt
I first contacted this dealership in November 2025 for a recall and a door fault. I was booked for December, but when I picked up the car they had fixed the recall and completely forgotten to look at the door issue. I was rebooked for January (over a month later) due to staffing issues because mechanics had quit, but had to cancel because my father had a serious medical emergency and was in the ICU. I have had a very disappointing experience owning a ford. My emergency braking system keeps activating for no reason. I'm worried this is going to cause a crash. Has been in for software updates twic3 now and this hasn't fixed the problem. It has however made the one touch windows stop working properly. Not sure which direction they will go anymore.
