I have had a very disappointing experience owning a ford. My emergency braking system keeps activating for no reason. I'm worried this is going to cause a crash. Has been in for software updates twic3 now and this hasn't fixed the problem. It has however made the one touch windows stop working properly. Not sure which direction they will go anymore. Booked my truck in to get my passenger door lock fixed, 2 months prior to my appointment. Took the day off work for the appointment, I had them look at my tailgate latch as well as my brakes. They didn’t have any of the parts in stock, so I will have to take another day off work to get it booked in and fixed, plus a $450.00 bill this morning for them to tell me what I had already told them was wrong 2 months ago. Best dealership experience ever. Came a long way from out of town to trade in a truck. Morgan and Claudine had everything ready and organized so that I was in and out, all paperwork done within 30 minutes so that I could get back on the road home. I cannot thank you enough for your helpful service. A great group of people to work with.
