Dr Christopher Calcagni and his staff are the pinnacle of what healthcare professionals should emulate. At Coastal Foot & Ankle Center, they provided me with the urgent care that I needed. And, I am now on the road to making a full recovery. I would recommend Dr C. Calcagni to anyone that has medical concerns with their feet and ankles. Dr C. Calcagni is an excellent Podiatrist.
This is my second time visiting Dr. Calcagni’s office. He is a very knowledgeable and efficient doctor. He knows how to diagnose conditions quickly thereby being able to treat quickly as well. He treats his patients as friends, like a small town doctor. I can trust him and recommend him highly. His office staff is excellent as well. Efficient and friendly.
I have had ongoing plantar fasciitis for over 5 months as a result of basketball. It had been diagnosed without improvement and is an ongoing problem. Dr. Calcagni was friendly, personable and understanding. He talks to you not only as your doctor but understands your problems and discusses treatment options in a way that is easy to understand, like talking to a friend. Since my appointment I have had significant improvement! I would highly recommend him for all foot and ankle needs.
Dr. Calcagni is Absolutely Awesome!!! He is knowledgeable, patient and really takes his time with his patients!!! He has the best bed side manner and truly takes time to answer all of your questions and concerns. I was apprehensive because I have terrible fissures on my feet and I have been dealing with a pesky toenail fungus for quite sometime now!! After seeing Dr. Calcagni I feel like I have hit the jackpot!!! He was so kind and funny with my two boys as well!!! I highly recommend him!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Calcagni and his staff..I took my father who is 87 in to see Dr Calcagni. His office staff worked us in the same day because of the situation with his toe and being diabetic. My Father was reluctant to go because of his previous experience with another Podiatrist . Dr. Calcagni immediately put him at ease, and took care of his problem toe with no pain. My Dad was so pleased with him, and said after the visit. I'm glad we went. Recommend him!
I do not recommend this doc.. He misdiagnosed my problem, said I had a sprained foot after xray & exam. Weeks of wrapping & pain & I didn't get better after multiple visits. He tried to sell me a brace & it would not have helped. Finally I went to an ankle & foot MD got x rays & was shown it was severe arthritis in the bones of my foot in front of my ankle & recommended correct treatment. Calcagni doesn't return calls or portal (?s). He just wants to have as many visits as possible for the $$$s
I Feel that Dr. Calcagni is very patient and very clear in explaining procedures.
This doctor hands down is the best I have seen ever! "He works magic" After one year of chronic pain. He performed surgery on my left foot and now Im walking without pain!!!! five stars
