I had a wonderful experience utilizing Coastal First Escrow during a property purchase. They were quick to respond, provided complete guidance all the way through the process, made money transfers safe and secure, and made signing documents easy. Definitely recommend!
Terrible people and terrible company. They sent all my documents to a wrong address. Always were late for everything. Nikki was very impolite and she charged us more than initial estimate. Be aware they will increase your final estimate without reason. The seller chose the escrow company and we were trapped. Stay away from Nikki and her weak team!
Avoid this Terrible Escrow company. Fees are so high and unnecessary. They will charge you several times, double and triple without any reasonable explanation. Nikki is so rude and unprofessional. She never answers the phone and I think she hides herself from her customers. Anyhow they will not honor your estimated charge and at the end will charge you much more for the made-up charges.
