This office is has been nothing but good to me, but today, Miss Cat really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for staying on the phone and dealing with the pharmacy to get my prescription taken care of. It means everything to me!!!
Amie was unbelievable. She is greatly missed by many. She must’ve been holding this place up singlehandedly. The customer service is as bad as it gets.
The WORST STAFF to deal with I have been with Dr Miller for over two decades and his staff will not let me communicate with Dr Miller Im happy to have a new PCP, i just wonder if dr miller knows how his staff treats his patients As a one time receptionist and someone who has multiple specialists that iv been with for years, i have never experienced anything like their behavior Its atrocious
I have been completely happy with my care here. Several years now.
I complained of many symptoms that concerned me. I requested hormone draws to which I was told I was too young. I requested a heart doc ( previous conditions ) to which I was told anxiety. Other very unprofessional things happened as well but we will leave those things out. I finally got in somewhere else after a very long wait and guess what, Full blown menopause where my Estrogen was at 7 and needed immediate attention.
