The WORST STAFF to deal with I have been with Dr Miller for over two decades and his staff will not let me communicate with Dr Miller Im happy to have a new PCP, i just wonder if dr miller knows how his staff treats his patients As a one time receptionist and someone who has multiple specialists that iv been with for years, i have never experienced anything like their behavior Its atrocious
I have been completely happy with my care here. Several years now.
I complained of many symptoms that concerned me. I requested hormone draws to which I was told I was too young. I requested a heart doc ( previous conditions ) to which I was told anxiety. Other very unprofessional things happened as well but we will leave those things out. I finally got in somewhere else after a very long wait and guess what, Full blown menopause where my Estrogen was at 7 and needed immediate attention. ZERO STARS This place was horrible to me. I have Covid. I did everything I knew to be right like getting 3 vaccines due to my being in the vulnerable population from having MS and post stem cell transplant, but when I needed them to help me get monoclonal antibody treatment, they ignored me and patients who were in the office took priority! So much for trying not to spread covid! Disappointed in the care of the doctors. Feels like a warehouse. Well in my experience I was prescribed a medication without a pregnancy test. If they would of they would of seen me being pregnant before proscribing me a medication you can’t have while pregnant.
