Horrible experience! Returned over five times due defective lenses. Dr does not listen to patient and hurries through eye exam. Staff were courteous. After spending over $1100 just for lenses, with multiple charges to Medicare and insurance I lost confidence in the practice as I could not see out of my glasses. Moving to another Optometrist practice I was treated first for an eye condition using over the counter eye meds and examined. My new prescription is much different and I can see. RecommendedProfessional staff welcomes you, has any paperwork ready, and gets you in without delay. Doctor is focused (no pun intended) on you and your healthy vision. All in all the whole checkup was timely and pleasant. Worthy of note is the lack of pressure to buy something you don’t need.
The lenses my son was given came apart hours after I picked them up. They just came apart again exactly as they did the first time. Not only did they site insurance as a reason for not wanting to exchange the glasses but the girl who spoke with me was rude. I will be telling anyone I know not to bring their business here.
7 wks later and have to wear my old glasses to read. nothing but imperfections and mistakes. this after paying out 900 bucks up front after ins. I'm upset and discouraged and had less probs in my old glasses. love the frames . I have no choice but to keep waiting til they get it right.
I’ve been seeing them for almost ten years now. I love the doctor and couldn’t ask for a better team to work with.
