Loved the Winter Birding Tour out of McClellanville. A few tips to help you enjoy your time out. Dress in layers so you will be comfortable no matter what. It can get chilly out on the water even if it’s sunny. Pack a lunch, you will get hungry on a four hour tour. You’ll have a great time with the captain and crew.
Went on the St Phillips expedition. It was a fun day with knowledge guides and amazing scenery! Very enjoyable day!
I recently completed the Saltmarsh Sunrise kayak tour. It was really cool to start the day kayaking in the dark and watching the world wake up on the water (from the beautiful sunrise to seeing and hearing the birds begin their days). It was made much better by our wonderful guide Scott who was quite knowledgeable and clearly passionate about this ecosystem. Thanks for the experience Coastal Expeditions!
