Dr. Bratton has been my ENT for approximately 10 years now. I’ve always found him courteous and able to explain things in layman’s terms where I can understand. Office staff have always been kind and helpful.

I went in for 1 appointment, I was given a procedure in the office and was not told it was payable all at once, I should have signed a procedure authorization for a large charge due at one time, this did not happen!!! I paid 140$ in the office and then I was told on next visit I still owed 100s to be seen, this was with insurance in network. I did not attend the second appointment due to this high expense, they turned me over to collections and the amount didn't match my EOB. REVISED. Dr Kraft called this morning with a heartfelt apology and explanation. I appreciated the call very much. I want to thank Dr. Kraft for cancelling my 4:15 phone appt last Wednesday (at 5:15 on day of appt) saying the lab results weren’t back when I myself had the results. The rescheduled phone appt for today, which was a week later, was totally ignored again. Truly so disappointed in this practice. Numerous friends kids have had Dr Bratton do their children's tonsillectomys under the age of 3 and I was told on the phone there is no doctor in the single practice that can help us.
