It took 2 weeks for them to try and make an MRI appointment, they knew I had to leave town, still no MRI. Office staff is totally incompetent and could care less about a patients well being.
This place has the most professional staffing in the Jacksonville area! The place is clean, staff are professional and friendly and Dr. Knowland is the best! He takes the time to explain what is going on and what can be done to help, the patient. He was excellent with my son. I wish I could pack the staff there and move them with me.

The office staff is horrible! The lady who checks you in has never been nice or helpful. Anytime you ask her a question she acts as if you are bothering her. After I waited 35 minutes with my 3 year old for his post op appt. They come out and say it will be another 20 minutes. I told her my son could not wait that long. She said nothing and didn't even try to offer to make another appt. We also had to call days before because he had a fever. In the paperwork it said to call if he has a fever over 102. Horrible! The worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. We went to a group in New Bern as a result!
Dr Bollinger did amazing with my little girl. She didn't cry being put under for surgery or cry waking up.
The staff is absolutely horrible!! They don't return phone calls, and when they do its with an attitude. I had such a horrible experience with their "care" that I had to switch doctors. They're the only ENT in Jacksonville, so maybe that is why their staff is rude and not invested in its patients.
