Came up on a search for NH/VT USCG testing. Used their site, it said they had a center near me. Selected my drug panel, paid, immediately received an email that they had no centers near me. They then stated they have a no refund policy, but *may* choose to grant one. Again, I selected the center *they suggested*.
Awful experience. I can't get the driver's test result for 40 days, they always find excuses when they can't send it. Employees hang up the phone. I don't recommend this scam company
Costal is nothing more than an OVERPRICED 3RD PARTY CALL CENTER. They are NOT a medical facility, they are NOT a LAB. They are rude and ignorant. The employees lie & tell you your pass or results have been sent. COSTAL VIOLATES YOUR **HIPPA** RIGHTS. They tell others who call what you test for, how many times, If you tested, when you tested HIPPA VIOLATION!!
Incorrect operating hours. My driver went there for drug test and location is closed.
Great spot for employment testing, with flexible hours. Gisselle is awesome!
