Coastal pools did a great job on my pool. A few years later my heter stopped working and they sent a crew on a holiday weekend to repair. Thanks guys I really appreciate all your hard work.
Installation was decent but calling to get service or warranty support is brutal. They feel very much like a what have you done for me lately kinda outfit. My pool tiles keep popping off and they give me the run around to fix them. The pool isn’t even two seasons old yet. I’ve had to replace an actuator valve as well. The biggest disappointment are the false promises of support for no one to reach out or come through. This was a last resort!!!
