EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY SHARE EACH VISIT IS APPRECIATED. AS A AGING PATIENT I NEED TO HEED WARNINGS AND PAY ATTENTION TO PROBLEM AREAS. THE STAFF LETS ME KNOW WHAT MY PLAN OF CARE IS AND MAKES ME AWARE OF MY EXPENSES AFTER INSURANCE. TO MANY PEOPLE THE BOTTOM LINE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE IS IMPORTANT AS WELL AS THE CARE GIVEN. I AM A NEW PATIENT TO THIS PRACTICE AND I WILL NEVER CHANGE PRACTICES AGAIN. I HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE AND NO CONCERNS WHEN BEING TREATED BY DR.WELLS AND STAFF!
The treatment and prompt service was great, as always. Never dreaded an appointment with Dr. Wells. It was especially good to meet his son, who has as good a chair-side manner as his dad!
My visit was wonderful. I had a bit of a wait due to an unforeseen complication with another patient, so Morgan gave me a free Tshirt. Very nice. Also, I was only supposed to have one cavity filled, but since I was having problems with a filling that needed replacing, Dr Wells did that one also, which saved me another visit. The staff is great, also.
Our experience at your office is always great. Both Christopher and I received excellent care. Christopher did the best he has ever done on this visit. He is quite comfortable with Heather and Dr. Mac. Thank you for your kind service and care.
My dental hygiene appointment was a pleasant experience. I was provided important information on a flouride product with encouragement to use. The dental hygienst was professional and courteous; completed her work efficiently.
