Found this place completely by accident. My husband tried it then I did. We are both hooked. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and are able to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place, everyone needs to try it.
Shelby used the Recovery System on my calf, as it had a super tight muscle. It was amazing as well as relaxing. I would recommend Coastal Cyro to anyone looking to feel better and get healthier.

So thankful for Shelby and Andres- Coastal Cryo has changed my life! I can sleep through the night now and am able to keep up with my fitness without extreme fatigue or soreness. I’ll be in there every day!
Been doing the cryo facials for about 3 months and absolutely love them. It is so relaxing you could fall asleep. Not only that my face is becoming firmer, jowls are disappearing as are the fine lines around my mouth and eyes. So happy with the results.
Highly recommend the cryotherapy! I grew up playing softball including in high school and college. I wish my trainers would of had this. I have taken plenty of ice baths (pitcher probs) and I would much rather do cryotherapy. The staff are very welcoming and talk you through the whole experience. I will be back!
Praise the Lord for cryotherapy🙌 Today was my first time experiencing it at coastal cryo and the physical and mental relief that I got from it was out of this world. I highly recommend this to anyone. I promise you will be addicted after the first time👍
