Costal Cryo was AMAZING! This was my first time ever doing cryo therapy. We first started out with the leg compression aka moon pants. It helps enhanced blood flow, increased flexibility, and range-of-motion for the lower body. I was in the pants for about 20 mins. This was very relaxing because I was also getting a cryo facial as well. This is where they take liquid nitrogen and professionally apply it all over your face. They’re great! I was in a bad car wreck and am battling a lot of pain recovering from neck surgery. I’ve been going daily for about a month and I missed a week due to life circumstances. I was in an incredible amount of pain from missing it. This is great for pain and recovery, as well as, a ton of other health benefits.
Over the last month, my entire family has had such positive benefits from Coastal Cryo. This place is amazing and a positive experience unlike any other that you will receive on the Gulf Coast.
