I had an abdominoplasty and vaginoplasty with Dr. Timothy Fee at Coastal Cosmetics. My experience with Dr. Fee was traumatic, offensive, disappointing, and only one procedure that I paid for was successful. I have since had a successful procedure at another location. After my abdominoplasty, I had a reaction to the stitches in my muscles. Wonderful office! Dr. Fee genuinely cares about his patients and the staff alike. Sarah offers fantastic botox treatments, and makes sure your desired outcome is met. They never over treat and know how to achieve what you as a patient want. Sam is an amazing asset to the practice, and is especially thorough with answering preoperative and post-operative surgical questions.I've referred coworkers, friends and family here!

Went in for a BR and was so happy with everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Fee. I had gone to another Dr for a consultation and just didn't feel comfortable with what was going to be done. Just had a feeling. But as soon as I entered the office of Dr. Fee I knew I was at the right place. Dr. Fee took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Now waiting on the actual BR!!!! I'll report back.

I had an appointment at 10:30, by 11:15 they said the Dr. was finishing up with the other consultation. At 11:25 there was no sign of this person to see me. After basically an hour I left as my time is just as valuable as the next persons. If this is an indicator as to how they treat new potential patients, no thank you.

Dr. Wallace performed my mommy makeover on April 1st and I couldn't be happier. He's a perfectionist. His work speaks for itself. I've never had a Dr take the time to answer my questions to the degree that he did. He even emailed me back immediately at 10:00 on a Tuesday evening. Hes smart and down to earth. His prices are competitive and the facility is clean and efficient. The girls are all friendly and informative. Dr Wallace, thank you so much!! A.D.

I had originally went to Coastal Cosmetic for an augmentation and liposuction, and was so thrilled with my results. I now use them for all of my beauty needs, including skin care, botox, and laser hair removal. They are my one stop shop of beauty!

I had a mastopexy with Dr Fee. It was aweful. After surgery my right side was noticably smaller than the left one. I went from a full D cup to a small C on the left and a small B on the right. Then I had to get implants to correct the problem. I also had multiple infection sites due supposely from sutures that should have dissolved but didn't. Now I have horrible scars on both. I would not recommend Dr Fee to anyone considering plastic surgery.
