⸻ I had a very positive experience at Coastal Recovery Clinic. From the start, the staff treated me with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I felt genuinely cared for and never judged. They were extremely helpful with medication-assisted treatment, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring my care plan was appropriate and effective. This place continues to help me a lot. Staff is very friendly.
The absolute worst place to go for recovery. Please avoid. Even the pictures of this place are false. Sometimes I believe this place is a pop up shop the way it is run.. The counselors come and go. Always short staffed because of how miserable this place is. Just keep using, this place doesn't help
The nurse tiffany is purposely discriminating against my husband . She has premeditated actions, and staff allows her to get away with it . She even made him sit on the floor like a child because she has a power trip issue. This place does not care about your addiction since the nurses are the ones who threaten to take your dose away or play with the amount they give you. Super unprofessional. I'm going to the medical board to complain along with a lawsuit
The staff is great very helpful & understanding. I never get the feeling like they are being condescending or feel like they are looking down their noses at me. They made me feel very welcome from day 1.
