Pediatrician never has age appropriate vaccines so you bring your child just to be weighed. They don't answer the phone. Dr. Scarborough can't do anything besides wellness checks.
Firstly, Dr.Jaurana has been a great doctor. We've only seen him for a year, but he has done well for his job. I HAVE CALLED FOR 3 WEEKS STRAIGHT. 3 WEEKS! SEVERAL CALLS AND 3 DIFFERENT VOICEMAILS. NOT ONCE HAVE I GOTTEN A CALL BACK. The office has had a total system redo 3times in 7years. Every time this happens our yearly check up appointment gets wiped from the appointments, but NO ONE RESCHEDULES IT. I CALLED 3 WEEKS AGO TO SCHEDULE THIS APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SET THE PREVIOUS YEAR...I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A CALL BACK. This ... read more
Front desk never answers phone and of they do tell you there are no appt. To go to the ER iv called 7 different time in 5 months and was told the same thing every time.
Drs are good but front desk is rude I can never get through on the phone & when I do I cannot ever get an appt for my sick kids I’m always told to go to the ER or that there is a 2-3wk before I can get an appt. I’m over it this is ridiculous & terrible business
