I originally loved this family practice. The providers have always been caring, and the office used to have such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The previous front desk staff was kind, professional, and made every visit a pleasant experience. It was one of the main reasons my family chose this practice. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very different. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk employee was on her personal phone and didn't make eye contact or greet me. Clean, quiet, and super friendly staff. Dr and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Very friendly staff. Taylor is very knowledgeable and has fantastic bedside manner. She really takes time to listen and address any concerns. Highly recommend!
They do not answer the phones so I had to go in person to book/reschedule my appointments. The medical staff was helpful, but it is so hard to meet with them because the front desk never answers. I think they have the phone off the hook because you can’t even leave a voicemail, there is a disconnected dial tone.
