The tech is always on time, always wears protective shoe covers, and always cleans up thoroughly after the service. Semi-annual reminder cards guarantee that I don't miss a spring or fall service. Coastal Comfort Heating & AC Repair just installed an Infinity HVAC system in my home. It is without a doubt the best engineered system I have ever encountered. This fall has been a particularly warm one that has had very warm days followed by cool nights. I have had a chance to try out the "automatic" mode on the thermostat and, using both the furnace and air-conditioner it has kept the house in the two-degree comfort zone flawlessly. Coastal Comfort Heating & AC Repair came to my rescue, when recently we found our central A/C unit was not keeping up on an 80 degree day. We called them about noon and requested a service tech. They gave us a choice of between 5 pm-7 pm that same day, or the first thing the next morning. Their Technician (name Chris) showed up early, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in terms I understood, and repaired the unit quickly. Thank you Coastal Comfort Heating & AC Repair!
