Illegal, shady, untrustworthy, will blatantly lie to your face. A homeowner that I bought my house from told me verbatim she knew someone that I could call to get permits illegally approved through the city or county by using Tyson. I didn't do it but later was introduced to Tyson when he was hired to come to an inspection on my house. I was told I would receive the inspection within 24 hours. Tyson Scott is the best with making sure any work you do or see will meet code or tell you what you need to do to bring it up too code. Please don’t feel that anything is too big or small to look at because he will always tell you and write a report that you can go by. He was a pleasure to work with.
