Landscaping hasn't been done in a month, pool closures, slow maintenance repair, disgusting breezeway and pet area. Also a small snake made its way in the apartment. Reach out to corporate, (she stated reach out anytime) and crickets is what I got in return. And yes I informed the office earlier about snakes.

I’ve been living here for over a year and have lived in two different apartments. In the first one, I experienced major issues with humidity and cockroaches, which is why I was moved to another unit. I love living in this new apartment—it has a beautiful view—but unfortunately, the air conditioners leak while they’re running. I’ve submitted countless maintenance requests, and to this day, the problem hasn’t been resolved.
