I moved into Coastal Club in June 2026, and unfortunately I have not been able to comfortably enjoy my apartment since moving in. I first reported rainwater entering my apartment on June 19, shortly after moving in. Water was coming in around my patio/sliding-door area and damaged newly purchased curtains. Hello everyone I advise you to not move in to this apartment #1 they never come to fix anything my washing machine needed fixing and no one came. #2 there is a Karen that thinks she owns the place and is trying to telling me how to walk in my apartment like she pays my bills when the time come and being rude. #3 the flooring is very thin. #4 Garbage always infront of my door. #5 fights always infront of my door. #6 mold everywhere in my apartment. #7 the office send out a email that they was sending people to power wash and ... read more

I would highly steer away from this apartment complex. The A/C is a huge issue around the whole complex. It’s very inefficient and leaks water in your rooms. They always have an excuse to why it’s doing it but never fix it properly. My light bill has skyrocketed due to having to run the a/c at full tilt just to barely get a good nights rest at 75 degrees. we lived 2 years and 2 different unit they have mold all over there are mold is rest rooms and bed rooms by the wall where the ac is and dog shit all over the property and the problem i had they don’t care our a/c was not working 3 month and when we leave the apt after paying everything 3 months later they sent some other charges please look around before calling this place home 0 star
