Whoever the property manager is, they’re extremely unprofessional. Yelling at anyone while on the clock is truly insane work. All over 4 items left when my sister moved out and they refused to let her collect the items. Now she owes 1500 bc they would not let her fix the issue. It seems like they are only making a fuss bc they wanted that extra money and enjoy making people moving out as inconvenienced as possible. There’s better options. Ones without rampant college kids and their parties and rude property managers 🙂
Because its shitty to not work with tenants especially when they have been great tenants.
Moldy roach infestation and the property manger is one of the most rudest and they charge you fees just bc they can don’t waste ur money here
Property is unprofessional, and it's cockroach infested, don't waste your time
