Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble, this place is awful, if I get here after dark there is never parking anywhere near my apartment as they pick and choose what rules they enforce, one car has been parked for the entire time I’ve lived here with a flat tire. I’ve tried for 4 months to buy a parking spot, because I work nights and after dark all the parking is full . Current resident, lived here since 2021. Do not move here. The in-wall a/c units leak inside leaving black marks and water stains. Multiple, over years, of asking for repair or replacement have been met without change. The walls are made of paper machete and maintenance resolves your issues very seldom. The internet goes out as often as the wind blows. The internet service provider they force you to use is terrible, and they share your WiFi password with your neighbors, if they lose internet to cover them in the meantime. Po... read more

Save yourself the regret and live somewhere else. Roaches, mold. Our appt leaked from the roof (upstairs neighbor flooded their appt.) and no effort has been made to fix it. Door busted and water has been leaking through the bottom of the walls. Nothing has been done. Trash man never gets out trash. Front desk is as useful as a wet roll of toilet paper. Just save your time and go somewhere else.

If you enjoy never getting a response from the leasing office, nowhere to park, smell of weed, hearing all of your neighbors (walls are super thin), cheaply built, moldy, overpriced apartments this is the place for you!
