Amazing staff and drs.
Very very unprofessional, we had our appointment at 9am and they called us at 8:40am on same day to inform us that your appointment is cancelled because technician will be not here. I hope i could give them ZERO star.
Dr. Bogusz is a wonderful Neurologist. He was the first doctor to scan my brain after many years of migraines and nerve pain. Turns out I have MS. He did a spinal tap and sent me to the Burnaby MS clinic. I also have to say he's extremely patient and kind. The ladies at the office front desk are also accommodating and easy to deal with. They absolutely want to help their patients. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I've received. I'm now on Ajovy and I don't get full migraines at all, sometimes a few symptoms. After reading some reviews on here, I was nervous for my appointment. I was very happy to have such a positive appointment. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly. My appointment was with Dr Mann, she was on time and very thorough. I have zero complaints and happy for the referral.
