I requested a spring deep cleaning and was EXTREMELY disappointed! First they showed up 1 1/2 hours late, no text or phone to advise me of this . After an hour , I finally called and was told it was due to an accident and traffic was bad only to find out later in the day there was a scheduling error. They didn’t speak English at all ( something I think I should have been advised of) my proposal said they would be here from 11-5 . Needless to say that didn’t happen either. Well we must have gotten this girl on an off day because our home was NOT CLEANED AT ALL. She vacuumed and sprayed furniture polish because you can smell it but idk why. The house was completely empty and we were just waiting for it to be cleaned “MOVE IN READY” like advertised to move in to it , but we had to go and buy cleaning supplies and redo what we already paid someone else to do. I had to reclean, there was a lot of missed areas, very little attention to detail. The more I clean more I notice. The service was not worth the amount of money I paid.
