Andrew, who cleaned our carpets, was Prompt, Polite and Professional. Our carpets are old and not easy to get clean. He did a great job! One area showed up after the carpet dried. I called the office and he was back in less than an hour after I called and fixed the problem. Cheerfully. We plan to use this firm again.

Excellent clean carpets! Booking was hassle free, and we appreciated having a specific appointment time because we have a baby. Andrew did a very thorough job and removed some tough stains. There was no chemically smell or strong frangrance left. Thanks for the great cleaning.
